Veteran-owned housing and relocation advisory for Metro Atlanta and Georgia.
FORMFIFTY, LLC is a veteran-owned housing, relocation, and real estate advisory company serving organizations and individuals across Metro Atlanta and Georgia — helping people make confident decisions during major housing transitions with the facts on the table before anything gets signed.
Founded and led by Johnnie Benton, a U.S. Navy veteran whose career was built in nuclear regulatory compliance and federal logistics. Real estate services provided through Epique Realty.
Johnnie Benton
Johnnie Benton built his career in work where mistakes aren’t an option.
He served six years in the U.S. Navy, then spent 12 years as a Department of Defense civilian at Mare Island Naval Shipyard. He completed a four-year welding apprenticeship there to journeyman status, earned Associate degrees in Shipbuilding and Industrial Management from Solano College, and spent six years as a structural and mechanical systems inspector in the Code 133 department — work where every inspection had to hold up to federal scrutiny. He went on to nuclear quality assurance and regulatory compliance at HUB, Inc./Energy & Process Corporation, where he qualified and audited approved vendors under the site quality assurance program, and retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 14 years as an Order Manager at the Atlanta Mail Transport Equipment Service Center, where he earned a Six Sigma Green Belt.
That’s the discipline behind FORMFIFTY.
A Riverdale resident since 1989, Johnnie is a REALTOR® with Epique Realty serving buyers throughout Clayton County and Metro Atlanta. He works with people facing a decision they’ll only make a handful of times in their lives — first-time buyers, homeowners 55 and older who are right-sizing, military families relocating, and older adults and their families weighing a senior transition.
Years of building and inspecting structures means he understands how things are put together — so when a client is holding an inspection report full of unfamiliar language, he can help them make sense of what it says.
His approach is education first. Put the overlooked facts on the table, bring the right resources into the conversation, and give people room to understand their options before they commit to anything. No pressure, no rush, no surprises at the closing table.
The part he never gets tired of is handing someone the keys.
