Privacy Policy

This policy explains what formfifty.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It’s written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask and I’ll explain it plainly.
Who we are
FORMFIFTY, LLC is a veteran-owned housing, relocation, and real estate advisory firm serving Metro Atlanta and Georgia. Our website is formfifty.com. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Epique Realty.

What we collect when you contact us
When you fill out the contact form, you choose what to tell us. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message. We only get what you type.
Your message is emailed to us and stored in our email. We don’t ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, bank or account numbers, or any financial detail through this website, and you shouldn’t send those to us here. If a lender needs that information from you, it goes to the lender directly, through their own secure process.
What gets collected automatically
Two things happen in the background on almost every website, including this one.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through the site: which pages get read, roughly where visitors are located, what kind of device they’re on. It’s aggregate traffic data. We use it to decide what to write next, not to identify you. Google’s own handling of that data is governed by their privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information for every request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp. This is how the site stays online and how attacks get blocked. These logs rotate and are discarded on the host’s normal schedule.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. Our host and security plugin may set functional cookies that keep the site working and protect it from abuse. We don’t run advertising or retargeting trackers on this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works fine either way.
How we use what we collect
We use your contact information to answer you, to follow up about the housing, relocation, or advisory question you asked about, and to keep our own records of who we’ve worked with. That’s it. We don’t sell your information, we don’t rent it, and we don’t trade it.
Who else sees it
A short list, and only what each one needs to do its job:
- Our web host and email provider, who store the site and deliver our mail.
- Google Analytics, for the traffic data described above.
- Epique Realty, our brokerage, where a real estate transaction requires it.
- Anyone you ask us to loop in, such as a lender, an attorney, or a closing coordinator.
- Law enforcement or a court, if we’re legally required to produce it.
No one else.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence as long as it’s useful for serving you and for as long as real estate recordkeeping obligations require. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings. If you’d rather we didn’t keep your information, say so and we’ll delete what we’re not legally required to hold.
Your choices
Email contact@formfifty.com and you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete what we hold, subject to the recordkeeping obligations above.
- Stop contacting you.
We’ll answer. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or country’s privacy laws, and we’ll honor those where they apply.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection and sits behind managed hosting with active security monitoring. No website can promise perfect security, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we don’t collect sensitive financial or identity information through this site in the first place, which is the best protection there is.
Children
This site is meant for adults making housing decisions. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Links to other sites
We link out to places like SAM.gov, the SBA, and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs because those sources are worth reading. Once you follow a link off formfifty.com, you’re on someone else’s site under someone else’s policy. We’re not responsible for what they do.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
